Overview of the Symposium:
Maryland University of Integrative Health’s Research Symposium is an annual event that highlights the University’s research and scholarship.
Location:
This year’s event will be hosted virtually with a live event on Zoom and asynchronous engagement on the MUIH Research Symposium Poster Website.
Keynote Speaker: Rosa Schnyer, DAOM, IFMCP, L.Ac.
Clinical Assistant Professor at the School of Nursing at the University of Texas and a Society for Acupuncture Research board member. Ms. Schnyer will be speaking about Bridging the Gap in Whole Person Care.
Awards Presentations: Christina Sax, PhD
MUIH’s Provost and Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs, will present awards for the best student and faculty posters.
This year’s recipient of the Faculty Excellence in Research and Scholarship will present their work.
MUIH Research Update: Lisa Conboy, PhD
Director of Clinial and Academic Research at MUIH, will present and update on recent research activities at MUIH and collaboration with partner institutions.
