Jill is a Licensed Nutritionist, public policy expert, published author, and Director of Health and Wellness at Pennington Partners, a private investment and strategic advisory firm, where she leads programming to elevate the lives and impact of successful entrepreneurs and founders.
Through her work, she promotes food as medicine, and nutritional approaches for mental health and preventing diet-related chronic disease. She drives healthcare innovation by collaborating with and supporting business leaders.
Prior, Jill developed peer-reviewed educational content and training for wellness startups, universities, and the American Nutrition Association, and served over twenty business, nonprofit, and government clients through her “food as medicine” focused consultancy, JustHealth. She is co-author of Better Broths & Healing Tonics, a bestselling evidence-based educational cookbook that uses food as medicine to address nutrition-related chronic diseases.
In addition to her nutrition degree, she received her Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and her Bachelor of Arts in American Culture with a concentration in Political Science and Sociology from Vassar College.
